This felt like a sticker on a thin disc- very cheap feeling. Also very late on shipping.
Thanks for your order! The vinyl used is the highest quality vinyl available. It shipped just as noted and was delivered in 3 days. Showing it was delivered Jan. 2.
I rated in between 1 & 5 stars because I ordered this for a Christmas gift about 2 weeks prior and halfway through January I gave up waiting and cancelled my order. So I cannot rate on quality only the fact I didn't receive it in a timely manner and gave up waiting after a month.

Love the item, but it took way longer than expected to come in.
Didn’t look like the letters. Bottom of circle had been cut off and a patch put on that did not match the pattern.
Thanks so much for your order! I'm sorry, this is the first I have heard about a problem with your order. Had I received an email I would have been glad to resolve the issue. The letters are exactly as shown in the chosen monogram font. Depending on the placement (first, last, middle) they are designed to fit the monogram style. I'm not sure what you mean by patch. It is possible there could have been a defect or something with the vinyl.
