I love how it's asking me to leave a review when I still haven't even received the product. While I cant leave an honest review on the product itself, I will tell you shipping took way longer than expected and I didn't get the vinyl in time for an end-of-the-year teacher gift like I wanted. Not only did it ship a day later than it was expected to, but it said it was estimated to be here on Friday, and it is now Wednesday. So if you are looking to purchase, be wary of shipping dates and problems.
Thanks so much for your order! I wish I would have received an email about this issue. Had I known, I could have remade and shipped express, so you could have received your order by the date needed. I'm very sorry you haven't received it yet. I checked the tracking and it isn't showing any delays, so I'm not sure what has taken so long. I wish I could ensure that all orders would be delivered in a timely manner but the delivery is out of my control.
I ordered this for a friend on April 19, 2018. When my package was finally shipped, it was sent to Virginia instead of Texas. So after this mistake on May 2, 2018, I emailed the shop and was told that they would send me a new one. It is now May 22, 2018, and I still haven't heard back from them. I have emailed them and told them not to send me the package after all, I just want a refund. I don't know if this is just a communication problem or what is going on, but it's been quite a hassle for something that was planned to be a surprise gift for a friend.
I apologize for any miscommunication. You ordered but immediately emailed to request a cancellation. I did cancel your order as you requested in the first email you sent right after ordering - "Hi, can I cancel this order? I hadn’t realized that this was still in my cart when I ordered, and it’s not needed anymore. Thank you, Amanda Friesen" I'm sorry for the miscommunication.

Do not tell me to check the estimated ship date. This is theft. I am publicly telling you to cancel my order and refund my money since you have not responded to my emailed request. It is May 20th. It was estimated to ship May 8th. A week ago you said my order would ship soon. My next step will be involving the authorities.

I did not receive this item. I contacted the seller several days ago and I have not heard anything back from them. I am disappointed. This is my first purchase from Jane that I have not received in the mail. I was hoping the seller would look into it or even resend another "on the honor system."

Ordered this almost three weeks ago and it’s still processing. I double checked the estimated ship date before purchasing because it was for a teacher appreciation gift and I wanted to make sure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, I had to buy another gift and this one is monogrammed with their initials.

Ordered on April 28th and still haven’t received. Edit: I saw that the response was to refer to the ship by date. That date was May 8th. Today is May 16th and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation.

Well I never received the item! I reached out to them after it stated it delivered to let them know. They said they would remake it and send it out, and I've contacted them two times since and have not heard from them. one of the times I reached back out just to make sure they had the correct address. This was meant for my daughters high school graduation and the capping ceremony is today! I would love a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
