The coasters are cute and decent in quality. The seller took a long time to ship these to the wrong address. As stated from previous reviews, it appears that the seller sends items to the wrong address or uses a fake tracking number to tell you your item is delivered. This happened to me as well and I can't tell you how disappointing it is when you see something is delivered and it not actually be there. If this happened once or twice, it's a fluke accident, but appears to happen quite a lot with this seller. I finally received them after disputing this with Jane's customer service and seeing the reviews. The seller had a over a week to respond to my request and took more time than Jane allows before making this right. I think a 3 star rating might be a higher rating than I should give in this situation, but the coasters are cute and I actually received them unlike some of the previous reviews. Would I buy them again? - Yes, but not from this seller.

My coasters were “delivered” to an address is Texas. I contacted the seller about the problem and was assured I would receive a new order. The tracking now says it was delivered to North Carolina and I live in Pennsylvania. It seems this is happening to a lot of customers. Don’t buy from them.

Quality item, but It took to long to ship.

Still have not received my order. Per the seller The tracking information got uploaded incorrectly therefore my order was delivered to someone in Texas. (I live in Florida). The seller has responded to emails and did advise me that she remade my order and shipped them again. I did not receive any tracking information for the second order, but I have been told I should expect them any day now. Obviously I wish this process would have gone more smoothly, but I understand things happen.

Ordered these in July for our September beach trip. Still had not received in late August. Contacted seller to find out why and she said there was a problem with one of the bags and they would ship before our trip. Last week I got a notification that they had been delivered but they were not delivered to me. Upon investigation, they were delivered to another town (not mine).. so someone else has what we paid for. Seller said to let her know when we left and she would see about reshipping. I didn't hear from her again. I wish I had read reviews bc it appears others had the same problem with items shipping to the wrong address and wrong state.

Have yet to receive order. I have contacted them. Hoping they respond quickly. Already heard back and they are reshipping my order! Great customer service :)

My package was delivered to a house in Texas...I live in Connecticut

I had to guess which was option 2 and 3! I ended up picking wrong option. Needs to be labeled better when placing order. All is good except I would have liked the font to be darker or bolded since it was on the green back ground...hard to see the name!

Just what I needed.

We were so excited for these bags to take on our upcoming beach trip but one of the bags arrived with a hole in the mesh. I contacted the seller and she was quick to respond and apologized and said they would send a new one out. Two and a half months later and the replacement still hasn't arrived.

I recently ordered a decal and there was a little confusion with the order on my part. After realizing I had messed up I reached out to the seller and tried her best with offering me service to fix my mess up. Very pleased with the outcome.
