Cheap, purchased for a gift - too embarrassed to give.
It’s been over a month since this item was ordered and I still haven’t recieved it. Not only that but it’s apparently been lost on shipping and I have no way of tracking where it is or when it will get here. Very disappointed in this experience

Ordered Dec 6th for Christmas and didn’t receive until after New Years. I emailed 3 times and never received a status update. Should have offered a refund. Very disappointed!!!!
Thanks so much for your order! I apologize for the delay in delivery, I'm not sure what took so long. The expected ship date was De 22. I did respond to all emails, I received one asking for a status update and responded with the tracking info. and what it showed. I also shipped to the address change as requested by email on Dec. 22. I would have gladly issued a refund or shipped earlier had I known you needed it sooner, with the ship date listed as the 22nd knowing it would most likely not be there by Christmas.
Have yet to receive my package and it has been nearly a month. I ordered another item alongside it and it arrived before Christmas, which was nice seeming as it was a Christmas gift as well.
