Unreliable shipping and seller - I received an email notifying product had shipped and when tracked it has delivered to a different state! I contacted seller who was originally quick to respond and said that the tracking number was wrong and my order was to go out that day (which was still frustrating considering I got this shipped email two weeks prior to this and my product was just now going out). But great I was glad my product wasn’t lost and was being shipped that day - or so I was told. Almost a week later still had not received it. I contact seller for correct tracking and no response. I check back in Jane.com page to see if the tracking had been updated and yes it had been but the package wasn’t even mailed out until 4 full days after I was told it was “going out that day”. And seller still has not responded. So buyer beware - if you don’t need this product for 2-3 months then yes order away!
Thank you again for your order! My apologies again for the slight delay in receiving those, they did ship several days (but not 2-3 months) later than anticipated. As explained in the emails there was an issue with that run. Normally shipping is extremely quick but sometimes things do happen and I do my best to quickly remedy the issue. I also have responded to each email received including the most recent which was two days before this review, that included the information you requested as well as some other information concerning your order. Thank you again and my apologies for any missed emails or communication.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! If I could leave a negative star, I would. I ordered this item on Aug 15 and it was estimated to ship by Aug 31. It is Sept 10 and I have not received my item. On my order page on jane.com, it shows a tracking number assigned to this order on Aug 31. However, I received an email from jane.com a few days ago showing that my order was received at an address in IL. Problem is, I live in MO and have my entire life. I compared the tracking number on my order page to the tracking number I received on my delivery confirmation from jane.com, and the tracking numbers are not the same. My question is...did this seller send jane.com a phony tracking numnber? After reading other reviews on this seller's page, there are several buyers like me who stated that their orders showed delivery to other states as well. This is not coincidence. Either this seller is majorly messing up shipping information or is purposely sending many, many orders to addresses in other states than where they are supposed to be delivered to. I am sure I will never see my order nor a refund, like so many others who left reviews. My mistake was not reading reviews before ordering from this seller. Do not make the same mistake that I made and order from this seller!
My order was delivered on time to an address in another state! Currently waiting to hear from seller how they can fix this. UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller quickly and they are fixing the tracking issue to get me my order.

Horrible! First it was sent to the wrong side of the country to a random address. After contacting and having it resent to the correct address it was a disaster. Covered in extra glue. Looked awful! I was so embarrassed it arrived as a gift to my sister in the condition it did. Customer service was good and refunded me quickly.
Thank you for your order! As per our emails I'm not sure why it was mis delivered and I apologized for the condition it arrived in since it was shipped in perfect condition. I'm not sure what happened during shipping but I apologize. I did issue a refund immediately.

I waited weeks past the promised date. Finally when I got the delivery confirmation it says it was delivered to somewhere in Florida. I live in Tennessee! I reached out to the seller two weeks ago.”Sunshine” said they would be on the way soon. Yep never again. @jane can you help?

Ordered on 8/3, emailed seller about 2 weeks later asking status of shipment and never received a response. Its 8/26 and I still don't have it or a reply.

I ordered a pouch 6/30. I’ve not received an update and still no pouch. It was supposed to be for my daughter who starts Kindergarten next week. Also have asked 2x for updates and have not received a response or a refund!
