I reached out by email but have not received a response. I do have information listed in the details regarding the personalization and how to enter the initials: Monogram: Please list your initials in the order that you would like them to appear (note: only three initials allowed). If choosing name please double check spelling, your order will be made exactly as entered Monograms are typically listed in the following order FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE. The monogram on the keychain will be created exactly how you type it on your order, so please double-check the personalization to make sure it looks just like you would like it to appear. Thank you so much for your order! As per our emails a refund was issued. The tracking still currently shows "in transit-arriving late". Unfortunately no insurance is purchased, adding the cost of insurance to the shipping cost would make the shipping charge significantly higher than the purchase price of the product itself, just for shipping.
