The order of the initials is incorrect.

Thank you for your order! As per the email I sent, your order was made just as the initials were listed on the invoice. It is noted several times and upon entering the personalization to list the initials 'exactly' as you would like them to appear and that orders will be made exactly as left on the invoice. Noting that a traditional monogram order is (First, LAST, Middle - F,L,M). Thank you again! :)
