There was an issue with the shipment of my intitial order and as soon as I contacted the seller she had another shipped to me immediately and I got it within 48 hours. Things happen but I appreciate the quick response and taking care of it!

took a long time to arrive and smaller than I thought they would be

I order often from Jane.com! I was confused because this item didn't ship close to when it said it would. One thing I love about Jane is things always arrive at least a day earlier the said! When I reached out to the vender...she was quick to apologize but then blamed Jane.com for the error! She sent it out the next day but it was a gift and it was late now. In the past had there been an issue the venders have been great at sending an extra surprise or coupon for the delay! Not this vender! The quick turn around didn't happen. I most likely will avoid this vender in the Future. This item peels off my cup where other monograms haven't done this 😩
