Hi Nikki, we have no control over the USPS and their extremely slow delivery times this year. The package was mailed in a timely manner. I checked the tracking on it and it shows it is in transit arriving late. You can either request a refund or wait for the package to arrive....which it will eventually. If you choose the refund, please let me know. We are sorry you never received these items, but unfortunately we can't do anything about the USPS extremely poor service this season. Just let us know what you want to do and we will take care of the problem. Thanks!
