Hello, so sorry you had a problem with this order. We are not sure what happened, but it appears this came across as two separate orders and that is why the shipping was charged twice. We will happily refund you the $3.99 for the double shipping AND if you didn't receive the order, you should have let us know so that we can reship or issue a refund for the entire order. We never received any e-mail from you that you didn't receive. Contact Jane and let them know if you would like a refund or the order resent. So sorry this happened and we want to make it right for you!
