Didn’t receive one of the nail wraps I ordered. She asked 20 questions so I just said to forget it. I sent a pic of what she wanted but she wanted more. Would not recommend buying from there. Not good customer service.

Not 48 hours and ends were wearing off. So disappointed! Bought 12 packs and can't get a refund even though each packet is sealed, "due to hygiene." Will never buy from this vender again.

It turned 3 of my nails green. And the polish wasn’t green

Says delivered but did not arrive . Please refund.

These do not stay on, peel off within hours. Customer service has not responded to my email.

These are super cute but they do not stick to the nails.

Worst nail wraps we’ve ever used. Put them on our daughter and they literally all fell off within the hour. Cutest things ever…but didn’t stick, stiff and hard to apply.

The winter Christmas sets were so brittle they broke and cracked as I tried to pull them off the paper for application.

Not what I expected. They peel off too easily and look like stickers and not polish. Bad idea.

I ordered from this company before and the nail wraps were great. The Christmas ones were a big disappointment. I could not use them. When putting them on they would crack and would not stick all the way on my nails. I ordered a set of 3 and could not use any of them.

Very thin & peeled off almost immediately. I used the exact top coat that was specified. These come with absolutely no instructions for applications. The designs are cute but they also don’t fit my nails at all. Can’t recommend

Was not a fan, they were not the quality I was expecting. They were very much like stickers.

Very thick and don’t adhere well at the tips. They peel up right away.

They never stuck fully to my nails and just peeled off.

These do not stay on your nails! They peel right off. The edges lift. This was my first time using a product like this on my nails. I was disappointed ☹️

It’s been almost a month since this item was supposed to be delivered and still nothing, I’ve contacted Jane customer service, route, the tracking app that Jane recommended and my USPS office and nothing. I guess I’m just out almost $100 for nothing.

I bought these nails for Valentine’s Day. I spent an hour putting them on for two of them to chip and rip off 4 hours later. One more fell off the next day, and the day after that, another one fell off. I didn’t even make it to Valentine’s Day. Super disappointed.
