I strongly dislike leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses. However, this time is an exception for me. I ordered this planner after reading in the listing it is “high quality”. I received the planner damaged and was beyond disappointed. The binding is as flimsy as a pipe cleaner, the front and back cover are merely cardstock and the planner is super thin, cheap and low quality that you could find at the dollar store. When I reached out to Jane about this, they immediately wanted to make this right and included myself and this seller in a message chain. The seller “stands by her quality” and she then stated that Jane needed to look into my purchase history to see if I did this to others. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I definitely don’t scam people. This planner is a scam. Don’t fall for it. I hope this shop takes the feedback from myself and others and hopefully makes some changes to either her quality of the items or take the “high quality” description off the product description. I was given a refund and was told to donate the planner but it’s going straight to the trash.

This is really so cute, and it has Nov and Dec blank months to plan out your holiday activities! I do memory planning, so I will incorporate some fun details on the calendar, and the lists are so great for keeping organized. Love this, grabbing a few more to have for the next few years! 🎄

I asked her to adjust and she did, I'm not sure if my dog just doesn't have the look to convert to an art image, but I found an app on my phone for free and used one of the filters and liked it better. 🤷🏻‍♀️
