I've never received my product and haven't received any information as to why. This was supposed to be a gift I needed over a month ago.
I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't receive your print! Your order was shipped out on: 5/4/17. I looked up your tracking information and it says it has been delayed. Unfortunately USPS doesn't notify me when there are shipping delays, so I wasn't aware earlier to quickly send out another print.
