The package they came in was bent. I'd recommend putting them in a bubble 8x10 envelope. The pictures came out as to what I expected. Thank you

I'm happy you like your pet portrait but sorry to hear the package was bent. Sometimes the outside rigid envelope can be slightly bent but the prints inside remain safe without any damage. I've sent you an email to address your concerns and to reship if needed. Unfortunately, bubble mailers do not protect paper prints so rigid envelopes are the best option and normally ship well.
