Longer than what I was expecting but good quality

I placed an order for black and mustard. I only recieved the black set of the earrings. I have sent an email regarding the issue and still have not heard word, recieved the mustard or been refunded. I am disappointed because the black pair I did receive are cute. Please refund my money or ship the pair I paid for and did not receive.
hello. We do respond to each email we receive and Jane is always happy to alert us of a customer issue as well. We are human too and sometimes - darn it - mistakes are made in the packing process. Please never hesitate to reach out for help :)
