These came in exactly as pictured. Shipping was very quick for a personalized item. Kept one and gifted one.

Cute! But does not come with ribbon/string to hang them with.

It was bent upon receipt.

I really like the personalization options for the hangers. It is a little unclear how it is supposed to be hung itself though. The holes nailed into a wall make the whole thing stick to the wall closely and make it difficult to add new medals on. But adding a cable or string to suspend it interferes with the name.

Highly recommend this company. I ordered four of these metal signs. Two were absolutely perfect, two were not. Due to the font used, the F and E letters in the names did not look anything like they should have, which made the names appear misspelled. I contacted the company. Their customer service was quick to respond and made sure I was pleased with my purchase. 5 star company!!!

I purchased this as a gift and I am to embarrassed to give it. It will unfortunately be going in the trash. The custom letters were K and C. The C looks nothing like a C but rather a e. Dang it!
