Thanks for your review. Here's a little info to give you an idea about the design of this particular product. Since this is a custom designed product, and it is our policy not to do refunds on custom designed products, we gave you the response that we did after looking at the pictures that you sent closely. If there are machine glitches, misspellings or other errors on our part in the design, or damages during shipping, we are happy to remake a replacement and reship it to you at our cost. About the design: we use a font for the name that’s similar to a Times New Roman font, so at the bottom of some of the letters, there are thicker stylized portions. When we are designing these, we take the name that is in that font and superimpose it over the lines at the bottom and top where it’s attached to the monogram. If we pushed the name further down into the monogram, those notches (stylized parts) would go away for the letters that have them, but then you’d lose about 1/4” of the height of the letters. We think it looks great because we know that about the font and it doesn’t look like machine glitches to us. It’s actually supposed to be like that because that’s the font that we chose. We chose that particular font because it looks really good, clear, and is easy to read from a distance. Since we test-drive all of our products ourselves, we decided on that font for the above reasons and because we think it looks really nice. You’re definitely entitled to your opinion about the font and how it looks, but that is why we’re not offering a refund. There was not a machine mistake, and our advertised pictures included those same letters (and notches). Thanks.
