So disappointed. The Gr in Grace looks like Gn. And I must have missed the description where it said I have to sand the discoloration and sharp edges. Was not expecting homework to come with this product.

I received the wrong symbol. I immediately contacted them, and a quick response was given. The symbol I ordered is on its way. Great customer service! I ordered another item before this and was super happy. I will continue to order from them!
My last name begins with an "F" which is the name I requested in the center. My large letter came is an "E". Not sure why they didn't ask before creating it. Don't believe I submitted the wrong letter, but just thought the company would send me something to ask if the letters didn't match. Having a friend try to salvage it.
Hi! We looked it up and you must've accidentally placed your order for the large E, because that is what we got and why we made it that way. We didn't reach out because we have lots of customers order different initials and name combos and it didn't seem odd at all.
