The metal that it's made of was a little thinner than expected.

It was a bit bent at the top...maybe a bit more padding? But love it and so will our friends!

Quality didn’t meet expectations

Super upset that I ordered these weeks ago. They arrived quickly however, did not have a hole to hang them with. When I immediately contacted Rusted Orange they insisted they would make it right and ship the new ones our within 8-10 days.. 10 days later, I contacted them only to find that they have not resent them yet and, I am not sure if I will have these holiday gifts on time. This is terrible customer service. Again, super upset.

This item was better than expected. The metal work is perfect and it is substantial, not flimsy. I will order for my children if this becomes available again.

Item is more flimsy than I imagined it would be. When I picked it up the one arm bent (was able to be bent back). The item has some jagged edges around the name which I wasn't expecting. Lastly, the back (I know it's the back and against the wall) had discolored or darkened areas on the metal.. Does not really seem to be of high quality that I was expecting. Not the worst, but definitely not the best.

I ordered two of these - one as a gift and one for myself. Absolutely gorgeous!!

This is a nice product and was personalized and made just as specified. It met my expectations and is of good quality.

Just as described and exactly what we needed to hang all my sons medals. Holds a lot more medals than what I expected.

Exactly what I wanted his name is on there so nice and spelled the way I put down.. They got it to me on time for Christmas... Great!! Happy with it!!
