Beautiful and perfect. We love the addition to our front door in a town where everyone has a name plaque in their front yard.

Box came bent (not sellers fault - usps)...however it was curved and extremely flimsy. My husband is a welder and complained about the back of it because it was not smoothed out. That being said the company was very easy to work with and I got a refund. The company was very helpful!
I'm glad you were able to get a refund. We'd definitely offer a replacement, too, in your situation where it came damaged. That's so great your husband is a welder!
This is really nice. I'm excited to get it hung on my front porch! Only thing, it is super sharp. When I was pulling it out of the box, the metal sliced my finger pretty good. Looking at it, the whole circle and letters are very sharp. Just be careful when pulling it out of the packaging and hanging it.

Beautiful, it was a little bent on delivery so may suggest more wrapping around the piece to try and eliminate that - straightened right out
the edges are SUPER sharp so be careful. I ordered 2 different names- they look exactly as described.
Nice design but item was a little flimsy. Good for indoor use.
