This is the second one of these I’ve purchased. My daughter loves this product for her ribbons.

I ordered 2 of these. One turned out right and the other did not. They spelled one of the names wrong on the product but did spell it right on the address so it's clearly a mistake on their part. How do you not notice before sending it? I've also reached out to seller and they have not responded. At first I just wanted them to make it right, but I'm starting to feel like they won't happen.
