The steel plaque arrived bent and the metal was stained. I hope to spray paint it before displaying. It was an affordable custom plaque but arrived with some flaws.

It was cute when I opened the package but when I got to looking at it you can tell they rushed on cutting it. When I flipped it over you can see the sharpie they used to make the outline of the name. It wasn’t smooth around the edges and it cut me when I was hanging it up. I painted it black to make it look better. Definitely did not look like what was pictured.

I'm so sorry you didn't like your sign. These are all machine cut, so no sharpie is ever used. Sometimes there are heat marks on the back from the cutting process. That's probably what you mean. Also, we are limited by what the machines can cut, so we don't guarantee perfection, although we come as close as we can. We're actually upgrading our equipment right now, so cuts will be as perfect as can be achieved.
