No I absolutely would not recommend this product. This is an 'unfinished' piece of metal. It came with extremely sharp jagged edges that makes even holding it or removing it from its shipping packages a dangerous and delicate task. There is no way to properly store or display this piece. It's dangerous. Jane and the rusted orange company should be ashamed with themselves for not better notifying their potential buyers what they are actually buying. If you want to display this piece Expecially in a household with children then you need to finish the piece yourself. It's sharp, knarly, and hazardous. Do not buy this Christmas decoration unless you are prepared to finish the piece yourself. It also does not come with any kind of finish to protect the piece from the weather and the elements. I would never have purchased this piece of metal if I had been properly informed that it is a "unfinished" piece of metal, and they it comes with no protection to keep it from deteriorating quickly in the years to come.
