The product came in a box that was bent in half so now it’s got dents in It. The image is as expected, the quality was a bit flimsy.

These are great quality and look terrific. They arrived quickly. Great purchase!

The sign arrived slightly bent, no hardware to hang on the wall without hanging from the actually cutouts of the image. And you can tell it was laser cut (which is completely fine and expected) but none of the metal was sanded down or smooth so it feels rough and jagged as if it was cut and immediately shipped out unfinished. If it wasn’t already personalized I would have been returning it.

It looks good, but it is flimsy and the edges are extremely sharp! I almost cut my hand removing it from the package.

Good workmanship but the metal is very thin and it was warped when it arrived even though the package said Do Not Bend

I received the item pretty quickly, and love it. It was a gift, and they really loved the uniqueness as well. It did come bent (despite the packaging saying do not bend) but I dont feel its the company's fault.
