I ordered this in October 2nd. It’s November 9th and still waiting for it. I most definitely won’t be ordering anything again from the seller or Jane for that matter. ETA: it is now November 24 and haven’t received anything yet, nor have I gotten a response from the seller.

The sign looks great However it arrived bent Because postal service can't follow directions of "do not bend", it may be helpful to ship differently ,
