Arrived bent. Name not centered.

What I ordered was not at all what I got! Then they would not let me return it. I could pay $12 MORE! To get what I ordered in the first place!! This was a wedding gift asn

Nothing special.

I was pretty disappointed. I didn't read close enough and thought the greenery came with it. It is also very flimsy and bends easily.

Poor quality! It’s flimsy and not a wreath at all! They misspelled the name. You can’t leave them a message! My first buy from Jane that is terrible!

I liked the product but it was not properly package for shipment. When I received it the box had been bent therefore, the product had three noticeable bends! There was no bubble wrap used and the box was maybe a half inch thick which was just cardboard of course it was going to be bent upon arrival!!

I ordered it to read my last name LeJeune, written exactly that way, I received lejeune. Still cute but not what I expected. The quality itself is not great, it BENDS VERY EASILY I added a little eucalyptus on half the wreath with wooden beads on a piece of rope ribbon. It came out cute. However it had only been hanging on my patio door for a couple weeks and it's RUSTED. Waste of time and money ☹

When I received my package it was completely bent in half. I was able to somewhat unbend it but it still doesn’t look great.

Not what the picture looks like at all

I just did not love mine in all lower case. I think that some other names might look fine but with it starting with an R, it just didn't look right. The quality was good though and I have ordered from them before and loved it. This one just didn't do it for me. A better example photo might be of a last name that starts with a letter that does not look the same big or small (instead of (S)smith...d, b, e, f...) just to give people a better idea of the look. Not the companies fault, just didn't love it like my other one.

I ordered the 14 inch ring. I assumed that with the larger ring size the font would have increased to make up for the extra width but it doesn't seem to. With a short last name and the bigger ring size there is too much spacing between the letters and the letters look small so you can exactly read it easily.

I do love this, however I thought I was getting the entire wreath and not just the metal part. Might be my error on my side, or how it was listed and written. I'm pretty bummed that I misunderstood. Yet I am looking forward to go and making this my own wreath now. Suggestion to maybe edit the listing to let users/buyers know it's only the metal inner portion. Super super nice, cute print, and I received it very quickly!

The font was not what I expected. I would have like to had the first letter capitalized. The metal is also rough on the edges. I was also under the impression that the green wreath came with it and it did not.

I was disappointed when this arrived because it was just the circle, I thought the green wreath would come with it. My fault for not looking more closely but still disappointing... I do like the custom circle though.

I was not thrilled with this product. The lack of a capital letter in the name made it look strange and not like a name.

Yes I would recommend this product but with warning. My last name is Smith so I was expecting the sign in the picture. It was close but my s was done differently and it really doesn't look like an s. It has some careless cuts and at least half of it overall should have been smoothed out on the edges. It seems unfinished.

11 inch is too small

Beautiful when it was received, but rusted quickly. Because of this, I would not recommend this hang on a wreath outside as it’s advertised

It’s what was as described in the write up however it is super thin and flimsy. The edges are sharp and I cut my finger on it when I was hanging it. I do like that it’s lightweight, but it’s raw edges are concerning.
