Metal was flimsier than I expected. Shipped bent. I also thought it was suppose to be a darker metal. It was silver.
Ordered this as a gift for family and when I received it the package was wet and bent--even with a large sticker on the package which clearly stated: "DO NOT BEND". I contacted the company and they gladly replaced the items although it was not any fault of theirs but the USPS. The monogram items are just what I was looking for as an add on to the gifts that I had already purchased. I was so impressed with the items and with their customer service, that I went back to their website and ordered more for other friends and family.
This is a very nice little something for anyone on your list!

The lines on mine are not very clean. Around the edges it becomes different colors, and many little jagged areas are present. It isn't a clean cut, and really doesn't look good close up.
Great for holding ribbons won at fairs!
