Item was very nice great quality. Shipping took a while but I think due to Christmas overload on shipping. Nit fault if seller.

Nice sign, good quality, however, it was not what I expected based on the pictures I was purchasing. For me, at least, the picture was deceiving and the item is no longer on the site to review what i I bought. When I messaged the company to clarify what I ordered, they noted that received what I ordered and apologized saying that the images are stock images. They did provide a link and discount to the sign I "wanted" but I am not going to buy another one since this is usable just not as trendy. For reference I wanted the bold initial with name though the initial and received the bold initial with the name cut out underneath. I would recommend reading the full listing and not just looking at the images but even then I am not sure it would make a difference but I can't confirm as it is no longer listed on the site.
