I ordered this on November 23, still hadn't shipped on December 15 so I emailed them and they said they would look into it. Still nothing.... poor customer service. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I ordered in PLENTY of time, but I guess I'll have to get something else now. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!
