Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered two purses, at the beginning of Decemnber, and it is now January 28, 2021 nothing has arrived. The seller emailed me back the week before Christmas letting me know order was going out a after multiple emails trying to reach her. No order, no communication after that. Awful!!!

Thanks so much for reaching out about your concerns with ordering from us. As we explained in several emails to you, At Christmas time USPS was so backed up, was not scanning packages in, and was having them shipped to other depots to try and help get caught up, but during this process, many packages went missing, not just from us but from anyone shipping through the postal service this year. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Jane was asking all customers to wait at least 3 weeks from shipping to see if the packages would show up. Prior to these 3 weeks, we offered you a reshipment of your items purchased but, but notified you that one of them was no longer in stock, when we asked you if you wanted just the one item shipped or a refund on both you said, of course, I want my purses. We only had 1 purse to ship, so in turn, refund you for both purses. We are sorry things did not go as planned for either of us, but sometimes things are out of our control.

Exactly as pictured, material is a bit stiff, but feels like the type that will soften after a wash. I’m not sure on sizing, this was a gift for a baby shower. But item arrived on time and is exactly what I wanted.
