Was sent the wrong size and they blamed me because it was “in description”. They said they were labeled wrong. They did everything not to fix it. Will not order again.

Hi there, The sleepsack ordered was on clearance as they were sized incorrectly by our supplier and are a much smaller fit than our standard sleep sacks. We could have provided you with a second sleepsack, however it would have been the exact same size as the entire run on those designs were labelled incorrectly, therefore there would have been no difference in size. Images were provided to show you that multiple styles had this defect and were again a part of the clearance deal. Please check your email as a return label was provided to you to return the item you were unsatisfied with.
