Updated-while the quality of this dress was not as expected from this seller (everything I've ever ordered from them I have LOVED-This particular dress not so much) the customer service has been outstanding! They contacted me right away with an apology, explanation, and full refund. Thank you! Quality is ok-not as nice as most of their clothing (I buy a ton from them and usually love everything we get) this dress runs Extremely small/short

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. I need to start off by saying that we have checked both of the emails attached to our business and neither of them has received emails from you. So in return, we wrote you 3 times asking if possibly you used a different email address so we could look into the issue of no one getting back to you. After 3 emails were sent to you, we again never heard from you. We do make mistakes at time and we always like to fix our mistakes and do it in a timely matter. Unfortuanlty with our hearing from you and seeing a picture of what you did receive it is very hard to help you any further.

This is one of our staple dresses on Jane and we get constant feedback on how nice it is, how soft it is, how vibrant the colors are. Everyone does have different expectations and I'm sorry this one did not meet yours this time around.
