Hi Jenny, After reaching out to us we provided a refund to you for the item that was never received due to not having the item available for reshipment, we also filed a claim with USPS in regards to the item lost in transit by your local post provider. We did everything we could, short from shipping a secondary item, which we did not have. We are sorry that this order did not work out for you, but did try to rectify to the best of our abilities to ensure you received compensation for the item lost in transit by the United States Postal Service. I want to start off by saying that the items you purchased are made specifically for us and our brand. We handpick all of our fabrics to keep our selection and our collection different than others, so you will not see them on the china sites you talk about. These jumpsuits are made with the softest milk silk and moms love them for the vibrant colors, the softness on babies' skin as well as a lightweight fabric that breaths and will not leave the baby overheated. You are correct these are made in China as 99.9% of most items are. Just because an item comes from China does not mean that the quality is less because of this. Some of the top world brands come from China, you talk about China items like there is something wrong with them. Possibly you should look at hand made items as these might fit your needs better than manufactured products.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are so sorry you are not happy with your purchase. We offer NB, 0 - 3, and 3 - 6 Months in the product you purchased. Babies come in all shapes, sizes, and lengths, so items will fit every baby differently. We have worked hard over the past 12 months to have these sleep sacks size adjusted to be equivalent to the carters brand. We have had very very few complaints on the sizing. As per the quality, again we have very few complaints. These were discounted items and at a low discounted rate, but the quality is no different than the rest of our products. Sorry, it didn't work out for you.
