The app says it is still processing yet when I contacted the seller for an update they told me the order went out a few days after I placed the order. Still waiting to hear whether I will receive my order or if I will get a refund.

Upon reviewing your order, it shows that you ordered option number 9 - which when referring back to the original deal images that are available for public view, number 9 is a solid rainbow pop it with no unicorn head attached. You were sent the item you ordered, however it looks as though you perhaps ordered the incorrect style to what you were wanting.
