I ordered the 12-18 months and it came with a small tag that says 18 months but there's just no way. I mean, my son is right on track with 12 month clothes and this barely snaps around his diaper and legs. The fabric is super soft though and the color is true to the red in the picture. I would just recommend ordering up in size.
