These colors aren't exactly what I was expecting. They look awful with my pale skin.

Received notification that item was shipped. 8 days (6 business days later), I still had not received updated shipping info with an estimated DOA so I emailed seller to inquire. I received a response that they were unable to fulfil the purchase due to the necklace being defective and I should have already received info from Jane.com regarding my refund. I never received any info about a refund, I have tried contacting Jane to ask and still haven't received anything. This was bough to be a Christmas gift and due to the late notification, I am now having to find a new gift as a replacement still without a refund. Very disappointed.
