Kinda big for the case I use

Like this because it has more of a sleeve than most poncho's.

Much smaller than the picture

I got the mixed strand style, and I guess it wasn't clear from the photo that the thinner strands were not beads, but string. The whole thing has sort of a plastic scent that was very strong at first but has improved a bit as it's aired out over the last several days...

Totally worth the money! Very cute. The only negative is they have a strange smell but it may go away after time.
