I was going to attempt an exchange for this dress as it was just a bit too small (I was between sizes and ordered down). I give the low rating because this company's customer service was dreadful! They were bad at responding and even after Jane contacted them for me they didn't respond until the second attempt. I had great experience with Jane's customer service through the whole agonizing process but will not purchase anything from this seller again.
