I ordered 3 items. I only received 1 of the items and am still attempting to receive the correct refund. The shop lacks communication and response etiquette. Will not be purchasing items from this shop in the future. Item is adorable but customer service is non-existent.

very pretty but am afraid they won't fit my daughters, very small and no way to adjust them

Never received the item

disappointed I couldn't get the gold in this necklace (for a gift), however I prefer silver and it very pretty. Both I got for a gift for my two older nieces and I think they'll love it!

i didn't receive the necklace that I ordered, AND it had a huge knot in it that I cannot get out. I wish I could just get my money back, this was a Christmas gift.

I ordered 3 of these bracelets. After the package arrived with one bracelet missing, I have yet to receive anything but a run-around from this company. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in this company’s ethic or care for their customers.

I love the dresses I purchased, however the shipping was super delayed and when I messaged the company and the said they would refund my money and the dresses shipped a few days later so.
