Clothes were fine, but we're supposed to ship 11/30 and arrive 12/2, just received on 12/16

Ordered 3 bracelets and was contacted that the color I wanted was out of stock and they would refund. They did. When order arrived, it had one bracelet, not two. Have been terrible to deal with getting 2nd bracelet or refund. Weeks with no response. Very disappointed
