They never shipped my order. I emailed them repeatedly with no answer. I finally cancelled my order but they only refunded the price of the item. I emailed them again to ask why they were still charging me the shipping when they never shipped the item. They said they would look into it and get back to me. After several days of no response, I finally contacted jane’s customer support and they are working on refunding me the shipping cost. I ordered something else from this seller before and had no problems, so I was very disappointed this time.
