Not at all what the picture showed. Very ugly and disappointed
Soft top, but the sleeve material doesn't give and is not flexible at all, so you can't just push up your sleeves and have them stay up.
Looks pretty good, but I daughter's broke the very first time that she wore it.
Adhesive is not adequate. Couldn't even get it to stick to my phone or any hard surface.

It’s a beautiful piece, but wires poke out and snag nearly everything I wear it with.
Very soft and cute. A little shorter than I would have liked. Disappointed only only the hood was lined in fleece. Not sure how I missed that.
