I purchased the XL/Size 14 as I normally wear a size 14 or XL in many tops. I am a 38DD and this top wound up being a little too snug across my shoulders and chest so I will hope to return or exchange. It’s a shame because it’s super cute! If you are busty, I would size up.

Kids Swiss Dot Tiered Shirring Dress

I couldn't get the dress over my 2-year old's head (and we ordered a 3T)... not even close. There are no buttons or anything to expand the hole so we're just not able to wear the dress. Disappointed.
