Ordered the pink. So pretty.

The reason I am giving this dress 3 stars is because I did not receive the dress pictured. The one I received only has the cream color with flowers. The blue and mustard patterns are not on the dress and that’s what I loved about it…the multicolors. Also, the sleeves on the dress I received are fitted all the way to the wrist, not the slightly loose pattern pictured. It’s disappointing to receive an item similar to, but not exactly like the one you purchased.

Super cute but arrived broken. 😢 Reached out to seller re replacement. Waiting for reply. Will update with results of resolution. Update: Ok, so after 3 emails incl pictures of the broken earring, they are still sending generic replies about exchanging for a different size and that I have to ship back at my expense. I’m getting really frustrated. All I want is what I ordered (not broken). This is getting ridiculous. I’m having flashbacks of what I experienced years ago ordering from Jane. This is why I stopped buying from here - because returns/exchanges were always a HUGE issue and not worth the hassle. I hope this vendor comes through, but with each canned response, I’m not optimistic. 9/23 There are no more available to replace them. I’m expecting a refund. Jane chat feature was good for communicating.
