Not sure what kind of material it is but it's kind of gauzy. Very hot. It is soft. But it doesn't really look like the picture. Kind of disappointed. That and another shirt I ordered got cancelled for some reason and I was given a full refund. I normally wear an XL but I'd go a size larger.
