Solid Quarter Sleeve Layered Dress

We love this dress, however the top ruffle under the bodice is not stretchy at all and we can hear the threads breaking every time we put it on/off. This is probably why it's on sale... Great price but not well made, we will need to sew my daughters it had a hole before she wore it the first time :(
