Item never shipped until I contacted seller a month after latest shipping date (who never responded to me), then I contacted Jane, who contacted the seller. Seller said that they basically didn't know what happened to several orders, and this was one of them, and agreed to send it immediately but refund me for the issue. Item again did not ship when seller said it would, so I contacted Jane again. Finally, seller said they changed shipping systems or something crazy like that after it was sent, and he really had no idea where it was, but he'd send it again "just in case." Finally shipped (seller included tracking number this time), and when it finally arrived, it wasn't even the towel I ordered. He was nice and apologetic, but he only seemed motivated to respond to Jane... Not to me as a customer. Worst experience I've had with a Jane seller.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! When I reached out to the owner due to not having received my purchases, he was wonderful and went above and beyond. The prints themselves are beautiful-on nice thick paper and packaged to make sure they weren't bent. I will absolutely be buying more from this company!!!!
