The shirt I received was cut completely wrong and wouldn’t fit right. The back was off center. I emailed the company and got a quick response. They said they’d send new ones, different brand tank tops, and they would be delivered no later than 7/14. Today is 7/15 and I didn’t receive the replacement. I had purchased it for a concert on 7/16 so there’s no way I’ll be able to wear it to the event I purchased it for. When I emailed again asking for a tracking number I got no response. I would appreciate a response from someone and a refund ASAP. I wish there was a way to post a picture of the shirt I was sent. It should have never passed quality control.

We are selling these tanks all the time, you were expecting Bella Canvas brand and ordered accordingly so the size was off. We took care of your complaint right away but we understand your frustration as your concert is tomorrow so you will not receive them on time but was it really us? We made sure to include size chart and recommending our customers to pay attention to measurements... Please feel free to reach out if you have any other issues.

Personalized Garment Dyed City Tees

Ordered on June 29th, says it shipped on July 5th but has not left Bonita Springs FL, when I look at the tracking. I have reached out twice to seller and have not heard one word! I’m ok with a mistake, or something that may have happened out of their control with shipping but no response two times, that’s just poor customer service.

Cute tank. Screen print was fine. It said size up if you want it loose. I typically wear a medium and bought a large. The large was not really loose, but comfortable. If I had gotten the medium it would have been tight. Would buy again.
