Item did not ship on time, shipped a week late.

***ZERO STARS*** STAY AWAY!!! WORST SELLER EVER!!! I ordered prints a month ago. I started emailing the seller 2 weeks ago because I hadn't received my order even though I received a shipping notification on 12/10. I didn't receive any responses to my emails so I contacted Jane customer service. They emailed the seller twice but got no response. Jane refunded my money quickly. I sent them screenshots with all the similar bad reviews and asked them to look into it. These were a Christmas present and I had already bought frames that I now have to return. I don't understand how a small business owner can treat customers this way when they are supporting their business. They won't last long with this customer service!

I bought 8x10 frames. These are not 8x10

Good quality

The paper was really high quality. However I think I could get the same print using my own local print shop and then I wouldn’t have to pay shipping. Which bring me to the issue I had with my order. Without fail the USPS bends all of my orders clearly marked do not bend. This print I ordered was mailed in a rigid mailer and was bent in shipping. So although it’s not the company who sold the products fault my order arrived slightly damaged.

Never received this order. Couldn't get a hold of seller. SCAM

Great Item! Came professionally shipped, on time, and even more vibrant then I had expected. The prints are beautiful, on nice paper and will be a great addition to my girls room.
