Ordered 2 larger songs and only one came in! They won’t answer my fb message or email I sent. I just want that second one since I paid for it!
The print quality is mediocre, but the worst part is the fact that the music notation is filled with weird symbols instead of proper note heads. I am still waiting for a response from the seller.
Hello - I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your order. We do use a high quality paper with a special matte coating to make sure the colors pop off of the page. These blocks and triangles are actually a common form of musical notation called "shape notes". As a bit of an explanation from the Wikipedia page for Shape Notes: "Shape notes are a music notation designed to facilitate congregational and community singing. The notation, introduced in 1801, became a popular teaching device in American singing schools. Shapes were added to the note heads in written music to help singers find pitches within major and minor scales without the use of more complex information found in key signatures on the staff. Shape notes of various kinds have been used for over two centuries in a variety of music traditions, mostly sacred but also secular, originating in New England, practiced primarily in the Southern region of the United States for many years, and now experiencing a renaissance in other locations as well." Works best in a frame the size bigger than 8x10 but will fit with minor folding in an 8x10

The paper was wrinkled and the print looked like the printer had run out of ink. I contacted the seller and asked for another one and haven’t heard back.
